PE - Websites

Dear Parents and Carers,

It is important that during this time we keep our body and mind fit and healthy. It is highly recommended that you participate in at least 30 minutes of activity every day. A walk for this amount of time is just as beneficial. Wrap up warm and stay safe.

Your class teacher will add PE lessons and activities to your online learning. Below are additional websites that you can access as well as your lessons.

Quote for the day:

"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity."- John F Kennedy
