Data Protection applies jointly the Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulation (PECR) referring to UK GDPR.

The Data Protection legislation determines how people’s personal data is processed and kept safe, and the legal rights individuals have in relation to their own data.
